A two-week summer school on sign language issues and practical research skills will be held in Ghana from the 1st – 14th August 2019. The summer school is intended for African Deaf students following or having completed a program at a recognised tertiary institution, including sign language linguistics and special education. The school is funded by the Leiden African Studies Assembly (LeidenASA).
